On Thursday, April, 22 at the British Colonial Hilton, from 8:30am to 5:00pm, The Chamber Institute invites you to “Effective Debt Collection”. Rory Higgs, President and Founder of Apex Management Services, the longest serving and most successful debt collection agency in The Bahamas, will be facilitating this intensive full day workshop.

Learn from an industry insider all the crucial details on the collection industry, the collector and consumer relationship, the eight-step telephone collection process, and how to set priorities and reach collection goals.

Admission to the workshop is $190.00 for Chamber/BECon Members and $240.00 for Non Members. ***A limited time discount of $50.00 per participant is available to all companies registering a group of two or more at the same time.
