Nassau, Bahamas - The Chamber Institute proudly presents the first workshop in our
“International Speaker Series”
Strategic Human Resource
Management: What You Should Know and What You Should Be Doing
HR
professionals, you can contribute more effectively to your company’s
growth and survival, especially by moving beyond the traditional
administrative tasks. Start by developing strategies and managing to
them. Learn to focus on becoming “strategic thinkers,” “innovators” and
“collaborators” as well as supporters of the intellectual capital in
your organizations.
On May 28th at The British Colonial Hilton,
beginning at 8:30 a.m., this full-day workshop commences with an
overview of a strategic Human Resources Department. With over 30 years
of HR experience, facilitator Dr. Linsey Willis will provide an in-depth
review and discussion of HR metrics including strategy initiatives,
sample metrics and measures, and room for improvement. Recent and
important research on various HR strategies will also be covered. To

Attendees will learn via brief lecture, discussion, small and
large group exercises, and brainstorming. Each participant will be
provided with materials that they can take away with them, to refer to
and use in the workplace.

Admission to the workshop is $240.00
for Chamber/BECon Members and $290.00 for Non Members. ***A
limited
time discount of $50.00 per participant is available to all
companies registering a group of two or more at the same time.
