The Cabinet Sub-committee charged with the duty to review the circumstances which permitted the unlawful dumping of contaminated wood in Freeport, Grand Bahama on or about the 24th July 2021, has received a final report from the Comptroller of Customs, Dr. Genine Moss, who, from the Customs perspective, completed a full review of the facts and available documentation.
That Report has now been forwarded to the Commissioner of Police for further investigations, as well as to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
