A Mouth Full visits Panama

Everywhere Dre travels she tries the food. On a recent trip
to Panama, she and her handy cell phone camera were able to capture a
taste experience at a local eatery called Manolo Caracol. Check out the adventure in taste in
this new episode where you will hear from Chef Manuel Madueno who speaks about the local ingredients in his cooking.
Dre experienced an 8-course menu at Manolo Caracol starting with a unique bone marrow and caramelized onions. Dre also tasted cabbage wrapped in sea bass, and for dessert she tasted coconut and honey bread pudding in a sweet cream corn.
