Freeport, Grand Bahama Island - September 27th, 2013 Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce Luncheon guest speaker, Fred Smith held back no punches and no one was off limits as he leashed out at The Grand Bahama Port Authority, The Government of The Bahamas, The FNM and The PLP for their roles played in the present state of affairs on Grand Bahama Island.

Even in the presence of Sir Jack Hayward, Sarah St. George and Ian Rolle of The Grand Bahama Port Authority, Mr. Smith was relentless in his assertions of what went wrong with Freeport.

Mr. Smith spoke as an advocate on behalf of the licensees of the Grand Bahama Port Authority and explained how together they can command the respect of the government of The Bahamas and The Grand Bahama Port Authority.

Mr. Smith covered a variety of topics connected to the present state that Freeport finds itself in. The Bahamas Weekly.com is pleased to present his speech in its entirety for your edification on-demand. Please be sure to take the time out and listen to it as it's loaded with valuable points for further discussion and action. Enjoy!
