The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism & Aviation (BMOTA) recently
partnered with the Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board (GBITB) to host a
pair of journalists on a familiarization visit to the island.
Grand
Bahama served as the last stop for travel writers Melanie Reffes and
Gay Nagle Myers, who attended the Caribbean Travel Marketplace event in
Nassau and took advantage of the familiarization tours offered by The

FCCA Poster Competition 2019: 3rd Place Winner - Jan 15, 2020 - 11:00:17 AM
Marissa Capron of St. Anne's High School received the third
place prize of $1,000 in the senior division of the Florida Caribbean
Cruise Association's (FFCA) 2019 Children's Poster Contest. As part of
her prize, her school also received $1,000. The annual competition again
invited students from schools around the Caribbean and Latin America to
