Nassau, Bahamas - Great customer service can be the difference in your business' success or failure. With so many options available to consumers, learn to “WOW” your customers the first time and earn their business for life. On Thursday April 29th, 2010 from 8:30am to 4:00pm at the British Colonial Hilton, The Chamber Institute presents, “Superior Customer Service”.

Facilitated by Cherrylee Pinder, this engaging workshop is suitable for all levels of employment. Learn to build a customer-oriented environment, the skills for superior customer service, perfect your professionalism, and learn to handle conflict successfully. Seating is limited so early registration is recommended. Please complete the registration form and return it with your payment to The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce by Tuesday, April 27, 2010.

Admission to the workshop is $190.00 for Chamber/BECon Members and $240.00 for Non Members. ***A limited time discount of $50.00 per participant is available to all companies registering a group of two or more at the same time.
