“Despite the
appeal of being your own boss, the reality is that you will work harder than
you ever imagined, put in longer hours than you ever dreamed, accept the fact
that you are never 'off' and always remember that it's the people around you
who enable your business to not just survive, but to grow and thrive,"
said Diane Phillips. “The rewards can be abundant but so is the work. People who
get it right don’t just find work, they produce meaningful work, contribute to
community and find true satisfaction.”
Panelists
will share first-hand knowledge of growing a business with a range of
perspectives.

entrepreneurs,” says Rotaract fundraising lead Taran Mackey. “The opportunity
to listen to the stories of some of the country’s most successful
businesspersons will give hope to those that would like to start their own

businesses.”
