These 3 headliners are sure to make you laugh and you have 2 chances to catch them. Come out and enjoy a night of laughter and support our local performing arts students at the same time", said the society's founder and president, Dalia Feldman.

Grooms is best known for his impersonations of president Barack Obama and for his guest appearances on VH-1, NBC's Last Comic Standing and Chappelle's Show, and appearances in T-Mobile, Sears, Career Builders and Holiday Inn Express national TV ad campaigns.

Canadian comedian, Big Daddy Tazz

Canadian, Big Daddy Tazz is often described as "one of the most talented comics in the business."  Tazz has been delighting crowds at fundraisers, corporate events, festivals and on television for more than a decade and a half. Known as the "Bi-Polar Buddha", Tazz is equal parts comedian and motivational speaker who likes to enlighten, educate and inspire.

Organizing the line-up for the 2011 NYC Comedy Club is comedian Ricardo Aleman who will also be back, but this time in the capacity as MC alongside local talent, Trevor Russell.  Aleman is the brother of Dalia Feldman, Founder of the Grand Bahama Performing Arts Society.

"I am so excited to be bringing these three great comedians to Grand Bahama, as I've  known them all for over 10 years. I met Tazz doing comedy festivals in Canada, and we’ve been great friends ever since.  He’s a lovable guy with hours and hours of jokes, and he loves charity work, especially if it comes with warm weather," Aleman said with a smile.

"Kyle Grooms was such a hit the first year, we asked him to come back, and he's thrilled about it.  I am also pleased that we will have our  first female participant this year. Gina and I both started in the business around the same time, and she's always worked hard, kept moving up, and now she’s a pro," said Aleman.

So mark your calendar now for a night of laughter you wont' soon forget!  The event is to support the Grand Bahama Performing Arts Society which in turn supports the youth of Grand Bahama who are in the arts.
