Freeport, Bahamas - Tickets are now on sale for FLIFF On Location: Grand Bahama Island! Become a film buff from October 25th through 28th as we celebrate international and local film making at the Canal House at Pelican Bay Hotel.
Aside from our free screenings of the opening night family film, Sammy 2: Escape to Paradise at Taino Beach or Port Lucaya Marketplace on Friday October 26th, you can attend the full festival with our $50 All Access Pass (films, workshop, awards and VIP parties). An All Film Festival pass is only $10; and a 1 Day Pass for all films is only $7.
Rub shoulders with visiting filmmakers as many of the directors will be on hand to discuss their film and answer your questions after each screening. Help us celebrate
American film actor Giancarlo Esposito as he receives his Career Achievement Award. Esposito has starred in such notable films as “Rabbit Hole,” "The Usual Suspects," "Smoke" and "The Last
Holiday." His performances in Spike Lee’s films "Do the Right Thing",
"Mo’ Better Blues," “School Daze” and "Malcolm X".

FLIFF On Location: Grand Bahama Island
is a collaboration between the Fort Lauderdale International Film
Festival, the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and Grand Bahama Island
Tourism Board. The event has been made possible through the generous
