Grand Bahama man robbed at bus stop

Freeport, Grand Bahama - Police are searching for a male for questioning in connection with an armed robbery.

Reports are that on Tuesday 27th May 2014 shortly after 2:00pm, a male was on a bus stop on Pioneers Way, when he was approached and robbed by a male whom he described as standing at 5’6” tall, medium complexion with tattoos on both hands and face with an afro style hair. He was clad in a brown camouflage shirt and pants, wearing a beige tam and spoke in a Bahamian accent.

Police are actively investigating this matter and are appealing to the general public for anyone with information that can assist the police to please contact them at telephone numbers 350-3107/8, 911/919 or call your nearest police station.
