Grand Bahama Police clarify tornado misinformation disseminated on social media

Freeport, Grand Bahama - In reference to the WHATSAPP 'scripted radio report' being sent around this morning stating "an estimated 7 Tornados" were expected in Freeport, 'appearing' to be for the 'client' Royal Bahamas Police Force, The Bahamas Weekly has reached out to the local police, and here is their response:

"Please be advised that the Royal Bahamas Police Force in Grand Bahama did not issue any weather advisory. This information circulating on social media is not from the police department.
