Nassau, The Bahamas - Responding to the rapidly changing Bahamas telecommunications industry, and as part of a Companywide strategic approach to transform our business to a more customer-centric, high performing organisation, The Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) confirms that we are making adjustments to how we run our business, including carrying out necessary network upgrades, giving more focus on training and development and improving back office support to better serve our customers. As part of this broader programme, BTC has implemented a Voluntary Separation Program (VSEP) to help ensure we have the right structure to succeed and to address issues in a competitive environment.
We reaffirm our commitment to building a more effective team structure to deliver the best products and services to our customers in The Bahamas.
