A special event for those who organise special events will take place at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island later this month - and top Bahamian event coordinator Cacique International has been selected to provide destination management services for attendees.

Produced by the International Special Events Society, ISES Live 2013 will provide educational content and networking opportunities for hundreds of event planners and suppliers from around the world August 22-24. The Society is the principal association for the global creative events professional.

Founded in 1987 it has over 7,000 members in 38 countries.

"We are honoured to be a part of this meeting of leaders from the creative industries, including event planning and production, film, fashion, music, art and design," said Cacique President and Creative Director Sean Sawyer. "Creativity to the event industry is absolutely vital and we are enthusiastic about our ability to bring innovative ideas and efficient execution to this major international conference."

Cacique is providing transportation services for attendees to and from the airport, welcome greeters and related support services, as well as design and decor for two signature events during the event programme.

Cacique began operations in 1998 and has become the premier destination management service in the Bahamas and Turks & Caicos Islands. The company handles programme management from inception to departure with expertise covering transportation and tours, theme concept design and inspired catering.

According to Cacique's Sales & Marketing Vice President Lio Mograbi, "we incorporate creative and innovative ideas to best suit our clients' needs for an unforgettable and unique experience, while giving an incalculable added value to their programme. Promoting local heritage, art and culture is also very important to us."

The company charters luxury yachts for special events, works closely with top resorts like Atlantis and the British Colonial Hilton, maintains excellent working relations with local tour operators, organises unusual getaways to private islands, and can arrange signature sporting events, cultural visits and entertainment programmes.
