The Electoral Observation Mission of the Organization of American States (OAS) that is observing the presidential election in Colombia, composed of 64 observers, today visited more than 120 voting centers in 24 departments and the Capital District.
The Chief of Mission, José María Figueres, visited voting centers in Bogotá, where he observed the casting of ballots. In his visits, he was accompanied by the Secretary for Political Affairs of the OAS, Kevin Casas-Zamora, the Director for Electoral Cooperation and Observation, Gerardo De Icaza, and the Deputy Chief of Mission, Alejandro Urizar.
