Police in Eleuthera make drug arrest

Eleuthera, Bahamas - According to reports, shortly after 3:00am on Wednesday 21st May 2014, Police Officers in Eleuthera acting on intelligence conducted a search of a Daewoo Truck in the Banana Beach area occupied by two men and found a quantity of marijuana.

The two men ages 19 and 18, were taken into custody and are expected to appear in court later this week to be formally charged.

POLICE are appealing to anyone who may have any information regarding this homicide or any crime, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477) (New Providence) or 1-242-300-8476 (Family Islands)
