Mr. Bradley Bain and Mr. Emon Williamson organised a Tennis Camp in Acklins. The camp introduced youngsters on the island to the sport. The camp was held the week of July 29th and came to an end on August 3rd.

The camp was held Relief Bay, Eco Park, Pinefield Acklins.

The Bahamas Lawn Tennis Association congratulates Mr. Bradley Bain for his consistent work to advance the sport of tennis which has extended to the island of Acklins. Mr. Bain is a veteran coach who continues to give back to the sport and we applaud his efforts.

It is advantageous that Tennis is shared throughout our archipelago. We have seen tennis camps this summer all over The Bahamas, from Freeport, Grand Bahama and Forrest Heights Abaco in the North, moving down through our chain of islands there were also various tennis camps in Nassau and in Palmetto Point Eleuthera. So it is great that one of our more southern islands, Acklins had an opportunity to have this summer tennis experience.

Congratulations to all the organisers and participants. We look forward to more tennis initiatives throughout The Bahamas.
