Ariaana Vanderpool-Wallace receives her gold medal for the 100m Freestyle at the CAC Games in Mexico. She's taken 3 golds now and as of Day 4 Bahamas is in 8th overall medal ranking.

VERACRUZ, Mexico – After taking a gold on November 15th in 50 M butterfly with a time of 26.46, Arianna Vanderpool-Wallace (Bahamas), Ariaana claimed a sprint double with wins in the 100 freestyle and 100 butterfly at the Central American and Caribbean Games swimming on Tuesday night.
Vanderpool-Wallace raced her way to a meet record in the women’s 100-meter freestyle with a 54.87 for the win.
Vanderpool-Wallace doubled up with a 1:00.17 in the women’s 100-meter butterfly, following her was Colombia’s Jessica Camposano (1:00.64) and Carolina Colorado (1:00.97) for silver and bronze respectfully.
Bahamas' Ariel Weech finished 7th in 100M Freestyle with a time of 57.80
Vereance Burrows finished 6th in 50M Butterfly in a time 24.80
Albury Higgs was 4th in 200M Breaststroke and 5th in 400M IM. Both were personal bests.
