Ms. Scott was in Grand Bahama for the prequil to the "Island Heart Beats Experience", of which her Florida-based company, Turquoise Water Productions is running as a new annual event for Grand Bahama Island that will be held each year over Valentines Day and will give African-American women the chance to "take their hearts on vacation".
